Skylent Flow is an internal customer-relationship management system operated by Skylent Global Private Limited (“Skylent”). This page explains what information the system holds and how it is protected.
Data we hold
- Student enquiry details submitted by prospective students or entered by staff.
- Counsellor and administrator account details for authorised Skylent employees.
- Application, document and payment records related to admissions.
- Activity logs used for audit and accountability.
How we protect it
- Access is invite-only and gated by role-based permissions.
- Every table and storage bucket is protected by database-level row security.
- Sensitive credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
- Audit trails record status changes, payments and administrative actions.
